Role Description This is a full-time, in office role for a Manager Business Head (Real Estate) based in Bengaluru. The person in this role will lead regional business operations, drive sales performance, and manage P&L; for assigned portfolios and projects.



Daily responsibilities include developing and executing business strategies, overseeing team targets, monitoring market trends, and building strong relationships with developers, channel partners, and other stakeholders. The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams for marketing, operations, and customer experience, ensuring timely closure of deals and consistent revenue growth. The Manager Business Head will also mentor and guide team members, implement process improvements, and provide regular performance reports to senior leadership.
