Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Sangrur. This position is responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. The HR Manager will design and implement HR policies, ensure compliance with labor laws, and support workforce planning to meet business needs.



Daily tasks include coordinating hiring processes, managing HR documentation, conducting training and development initiatives, and handling conflict resolution and grievance management. The role also involves collaborating with leadership on organizational development, employee engagement, and retention strategies to foster a positive, inclusive work workplace.
