Role Description This full-time, in office Behavioral Therapist role is based in Hyderabad. The Behavioral Therapist will assess client needs, develop behavior intervention plans, and implement evidence-based strategies to support positive behavioral change. Daily responsibilities include conducting one-on-one and small group sessions, collecting and analyzing behavioral data, and adjusting interventions based on progress. The role involves close collaboration with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure coordinated care and clear communication. The therapist will also maintain accurate documentation, participate in case reviews, and engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong knowledge and practical experience in Applied Behavior Analysis and Behavior Analysis.
• Candidates should possess training or academic background in Psychology, particularly related to behavior and development.
• Candidates should possess excellent Interpersonal Skills, including empathy, active listening, and clear communication.
• Candidates should possess experience Working With Children, including the ability to build trust and manage challenging behaviors.
• Candidates should possess a relevant degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Special Education, or a related field.
• Candidates should possess the ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, manage a caseload, and maintain accurate clinical records.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in basic computer applications and documentation tools; experience with behavioral data collection systems is an advantage.
