Project Manager

Sélon Coffee is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of new store openings, Interior fit-out . This role requires solid cross-functional coordination to ensure all premium retail standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of retail store openings
• Coordinate and Collaborate with internal teams , landlords, contractors, and vendors
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to brand standards
• Plan and execute exhibitions, pop-ups, and brand events
• Manage vendors, suppliers, and stakeholder relationships
• Track timelines, budgets, approvals,



and project documentation
• Identify risks and implement solutions to ensure smooth delivery

Requirements

• 3-5 years’ experience in retail project management, store development, or brand activations
• Background in premium retail, or lifestyle brands preferred
• Proven experience in store fit-outs, events, and vendor management
• Strong organisational, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects across locations

Qualifications & Skills

• Degree in architecture, interior design, engineering, business, or related field
• Expertise in project planning, budgeting, and retail design coordination
