We are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented D2C Digital Marketing Expert to take complete ownership of our end-to-end digital growth, customer acquisition, and performance marketing engine.
In this role, you will be the driving force behind our direct-to-consumer (D2C) brand growth, managing multi-channel ad spend, shaping high-converting creative strategies, and scaling our revenue profitably. If you have a proven track record of scaling D2C brands from the ground up, managing high-stakes ad budgets, and executing winning Meta ad campaigns, we want to talk to you.

Key Responsibilities• Performance & Paid Media Management:
• Plan, execute, scale, and optimize end-to-end paid acquisition campaigns primarily on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), alongside Google Ads, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
• Continuously monitor CPA, ROAS, CAC, LTV, and conversion funnels to ensure maximum return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Budget & Media Buying Management:
• Strategic allocation and daily management of lead generation and performance marketing budgets to hit growth targets efficiently.




• Conduct rigorous A/B testing on audiences, ad placements, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
• Creative Strategy & Direction:
• Partner closely with graphic designers and copywriters to build a high-velocity creative testing framework.
• Analyze creative performance data to identify winning angles, hooks, and formats (UGC, reels, static banners, carousels) that resonate with target D2C audiences.
• Funnel Optimization & Analytics:
• Oversee the complete customer journey from ad click to checkout, optimizing landing page conversion rates (CRO) and reducing drop-offs.
• Generate detailed daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with actionable insights for scaling.
