IT Sales & Business Development

Role Description The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and managing a robust sales pipeline, and developing long-term client relationships. The role includes conducting market research, understanding client needs, and presenting tailored technology solutions that align with PruTech’s offerings. The Business Development Manager will collaborate closely with technical and delivery teams to prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure successful deal closure. Regular responsibilities include forecasting sales, reporting on business development activities, and representing PruTech at meetings, events, and industry forums. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad.

Qualifications
• Strong skills in business development, lead generation, and prospect qualification, with the ability to manage a sales pipeline and close deals.
• Experience in client relationship management, account management,



and stakeholder engagement within technology or related industries.
• Proficiency in sales presentations, proposal development, and contract negotiation, with clear and persuasive communication skills.
• Ability to conduct market and competitive research, analyze trends, and translate insights into actionable business strategies.
• Relevant experience in IT services, digital transformation, or technology solutions; exposure to sustainable or smart solutions is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree or MBA is beneficial.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with capacity to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort using CRM tools, productivity software, and sales reporting systems to track and optimize business development activities.
