We are looking for an experienced QA Automation Engineer / Test Automation Engineer Consultant to join a Global Technology & Operations team and work on IAM (Identity & Access Management) services.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in test automation, API/UI testing, IAM-related workflows, CI/CD, and regression automation, with the ability to build scalable and reusable automation frameworks.
? Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, review, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium and JMeter.
• Build and maintain reusable automation regression frameworks.
• Perform UI, API, backend, functional, integration, smoke, and regression testing.
• Automate testing for identity verification, authentication, fraud mitigation, risk scoring, and IAM workflows.
• Collaborate with developers, tech leads, and security teams to troubleshoot and resolve defects.




• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop Test Strategies, Test Plans, Quality Management Plans, and environment plans.
• Create and execute test cases, maintain requirement traceability, and manage defects.
• Lead defect review discussions and support defect resolution.
• Support performance, security, accessibility, and non-functional testing.
• Ensure automation solutions are scalable, reusable, maintainable, and aligned with QA standards.
• Maintain Jira Xray test cases, executions, evidence, and traceability to user stories/acceptance criteria.

? Required Skills
• 8+ years of experience in QA/Test Automation.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Selenium
• JMeter
• Cypress / Playwright
• TestNG
• Postman
• Cucumber
• FitNesse
• SoapUI
• Strong experience in Web and Mobile Testing.
• Hands-on experience with REST API automation.
• Valuable understanding of HTTP
