Qualifications
• Strong HR operations skills, including recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, and employee lifecycle management.




• Experience in performance management, employee engagement, and talent development initiatives.
• Knowledge of Indian labor laws, HR compliance, policies, and statutory requirements.
• Ability to manage HR data, prepare reports, and support payroll and attendance processes with accuracy.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to work across teams and levels.
• Proven experience in a Senior HR Executive or similar HR role, preferably in IT, software, or product-based companies.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
• Comfort working in office in Rajkot and collaborating closely with leadership and cross-functional teams.
