Role Description This is a full-time, in office Relationship Manager role based in Ludhiana. The Relationship Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, understand their financial and protection needs, and recommend suitable life insurance solutions across protection, child education, retirement, savings and investment, and health plans. Daily responsibilities include meeting clients, explaining product features and benefits,



handling queries, and guiding customers through the application and documentation process. The role also involves achieving sales and service targets, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth policy issuance and after-sales support, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and leads. The Relationship Manager is expected to represent the company professionally, uphold regulatory and compliance standards, and contribute to customer retention and business growth.

• Strong customer relationship management skills, including the ability to build trust, understand customer needs, and provide appropriate insurance solutions.
