Role Description The After Sales Service Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for providing technical support and service for laboratory equipment and instruments after installation, including routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair. The specialist will respond to customer service requests, coordinate service visits,



and ensure timely resolution of equipment issues to minimize downtime. Typical tasks include conducting equipment inspections, documenting service activities, maintaining service logs, and collaborating with sales and technical teams to address customer feedback. The role also involves training end users on proper equipment usage, promoting best practices in care and maintenance, and supporting continuous improvement in service quality.
