Beyond its core service model — funded by BU retainers and pilot fees against a $100M revenue mandate — V-Spark also takes minority equity in select startups, allowing the Group to capture financial upside from the operational insight it generates.

ASK from the role:
• Build V-Spark's external brand and market positioning as it scales from an internal BU service into an independent, client-facing venture platform
• Drive ecosystem visibility and inbound startup pipeline — positioning V-Spark as a preferred venture-client partner against peers like BHP Ventures, Rio Tinto Ventures, and Tata's TomorrowLAB
• Own thought leadership and public narrative — conference presence,



published outcomes, founder-facing content — to strengthen deal flow and startup trust
• Translate engagement outcomes into a compelling commercial narrative to support BU retainer and pilot-fee conversations with Hindustan Zinc, VAML & VOGL
• Lead marketing for V-Spark's flagship engagement events (e.g., Zinnovation, MetALverse) — partner/startup recruitment, event positioning, and post-event narrative
• Shape the go-to-market and positioning groundwork for V-Spark's future external client-facing offering
• Represent V-Spark's brand and investment story to the venture capital/startup ecosystem, supporting visibility for exits and follow-on rounds
• Drive 50–60% of V-Spark's revenue from external clients, targeting 10–15 mid-sized companies and 2–3 large accounts
