Our flagship SLT Cessation product Aayush Herbal Masala herbal alternative used by thousands of customers, and we are growing quick into Fast Moving Consumer Health products in nutritional supplements segment. We sell across own D2C channel, Amazon, Flipkart and quick commerce. We're scaling aggressively and need a performance marketer who owns results, not just runs ads.

About the role
You will own paid growth across Meta and Google for our D2C brands. You'll work directly with brand and marketing leadership and the creative team, and your decisions will move real revenue. We care about blended MER, and key unit economics as much as top-line sales.

Key responsibilities
Plan, run and optimise Meta and Google Ads campaigns end to end
Track ROAS (Meta-attributed and blended), CPA, CPM, CTR, hook rate and hold rate daily




Manage Meta account structures,, audience segmentation and scaling setups
Quick turnaround in angle testing, finding winning angles and scaling them to unlock new audience reach
Run Google Search, Shopping, Performance Max and other campaigns across google spectrum
Build and manage TOFU, MOFU and BOFU funnels, including remarketing and retention flows
Run structured creative testing: angle-based tests, kill/scale rules, and frequency and fatigue control
Work with the creative team on industry leading briefs, ad copy, hooks and landing pages
Track how paid performance affects D2C, prepaid % and RTO, and marketplace sales driven by paid media spend
Allocate and optimise monthly budgets across platforms, campaigns and products
Analyse data in GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and Shopify, and build reporting dashboards (Looker Studio or similar) with clear insights
Stay current on platform updates, algorithm chang
