About the Role
Galaxy Weblinks is looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager / Lead to drive international business growth and manage strategic client accounts.
The role combines new business development with account management, requiring strong expertise in IT services sales, client relationship management, and the ability to grow existing accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and repeat business.
Key Skills & Experience
· 8+ years of experience in Business Development / IT Services Sales, with 5+ years in IT services.
· Proven experience in international B2B sales and enterprise client acquisition.
· Strong understanding of Web, Mobile, E-commerce, Cloud, AI and emerging technologies.
· Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LinkedIn prospecting and email campaigns.
· Strong client relationship and strategic account management skills.
· Proven ability to identify and convert upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
· Good understanding of SDLC and modern web/mobile development frameworks.
· Strong communication, negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills.
· Experience with CRM and lead management platforms.
· Ability to manage multiple prospects and client accounts while maintaining consistent follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
· Drive new business development across international markets and acquire enterprise clients.
· Build and maintain robust relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers and key stakeholders.
· Own the sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closure.
· Manage and grow existing client accounts through regular engagement and relationship building.
