Role Description This temporary, on-site Sales Executive role is based in Bhavnagar. The Sales Executive will identify and engage prospective customers, explain Bajaj Finserv’s lending, insurance, and wealth advisory offerings, and support them in selecting suitable financial products. Responsibilities include meeting daily and monthly sales targets, managing customer queries,



coordinating with internal teams for application processing, and maintaining accurate records of leads, conversions, and customer interactions. The role also involves conducting field visits, participating in local marketing or promotional activities, and ensuring high standards of customer service and compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications

• Ability to build relationships, communicate clearly, and handle customer objections and queries in person and over the phone.
• Robust sales aptitude, including lead generation, negotiation, closing skills, and working toward defined targets.
• Basic understanding of financial products such as loans, insurance, or investment services, or willingness to learn quickly.
• Comfort with on-site field work in Bhavnagar, including local travel for customer visits and partner meetings.
