Annual CTC ₹10–20 lakh, depending on capability and experience

Experience 15–20 years of overall experience, including 3–5 years of directly relevant experience in manufacturing finance leadership, financial transformation, or corporate/IPO readiness
Working hours: Monday–Saturday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
Travel: Approximately 2–3 day visits to Alwar per month; other travel as required
About the BusinessThermodyne Engineering Systems (TES) is an engineering and manufacturing business with annual turnover of ~₹50 crore and manufacturing facilities in Ghaziabad and Alwar. Its activities include boiler manufacturing, installation, service and AMC, exports, and trading.
TES plans to transition from a proprietorship to a private limited or limited company within one year, pursue acquisitions of complementary businesses,



and progress towards an IPO and stock-exchange listing within the next three years.
Role PurposeWe seek a hands-on, strategic CFO who will build reliable accounting, accurate job costing, effective financial controls, and insightful dashboards while leading the financial preparation for corporate transition, acquisitions, fundraising, and an IPO.
The CFO will report directly to the Founder & CEO, lead the existing three-person accounts team, and oversee finance across TES, associated businesses, and future corporate entities.
Expected strategic result: Drive TES’s transition to a listed company within the next three years, achieving IPO readiness and supporting execution of the public issue and listing, subject to applicable eligibility, approvals, and market conditions.
