Role Description This is a full time, on-site Senior Service/Sales Engineer role based in Kolkata. The role involves installing, commissioning, and maintaining scientific research equipment at customer sites,



including troubleshooting technical issues and performing preventive maintenance. The Senior Service/Sales Engineer will engage with customers to understand technical requirements, prepare proposals, demonstrate equipment, and support the sales team in closing opportunities. Daily activities include responding to service requests, coordinating with internal teams and OEMs, documenting service activities, and ensuring timely resolution of customer issues. The role also includes training end users on equipment operation, maintaining strong customer relationships, and providing feedback to improve products and services.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Sales Engineering and Sales skills for handling technical product demonstrations, proposals, and opportunity management.
• Candidates should possess solid Technical Support and Customer Service skills for installation, troubleshooting, and after-sales service of scientific equipmen
