About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Executive / HR Generalist to independently manage the complete HR function for our Pune location. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee management, HR operations, payroll coordination, compliance, employee engagement, and maintaining a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
• Understand manpower requirements and coordinate with department heads.
• Source, screen, interview, and shortlist candidates.
• Manage offer letters, salary negotiations, joining formalities, and onboarding.
• Maintain complete and accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Manage daily attendance, leave, late coming, absenteeism, and HRMS/attendance systems.
• Coordinate monthly payroll processing, salary inputs, deductions, and employee queries.
• Coordinate with accounts for PF, ESIC, Professional Tax,



TDS and other statutory requirements.
• Implement and communicate company HR policies, rules, and procedures.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace issues.
• Conduct probation reviews, confirmation processes, and performance appraisal coordination.
• Organize employee engagement activities and initiatives.
• Manage employee resignation, exit interviews, clearance, and Full & Final Settlement.
• Prepare HR reports, MIS, manpower reports, attendance reports, and recruitment trackers.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of employee and company information.
• Work closely with management and team heads to resolve HR-related matters.
• Take complete ownership of HR operations for the Pune location.
