Sales CoordinatorWe are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support day-to-day sales activities, customer communication, quotation management, order processing, payment coordination, supplier coordination, documentation, and dispatch activities.
The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills, strong follow-up ability, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple customer enquiries and orders efficiently. The role will also involve working with the company's ERP system for sales, order, customer, and transaction-related activities.
Key Responsibilities• Manage customer enquiries, sales opportunities, and follow-ups from initial contact through order confirmation.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to support repeat and new business.
• Prepare and manage quotations, commercial proposals, pricing, and related sales documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to obtain pricing, availability, lead times, and other information required for customer requirements.
• Handle commercial discussions with customers,



including pricing, payment terms, and order conditions within approved guidelines.
• Manage sales order documentation, including Pro-forma Invoices, invoices, packing lists, Purchase Orders, and supporting documents.
• Process and maintain relevant customer, quotation, order, and transaction information within the ERP system.
• Coordinate customer payments and work with Accounts to ensure payment status is accurately tracked.
• Manage order progress from confirmation through dispatch and delivery, keeping customers appropriately informed.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Accounts, Logistics, suppliers, and management to ensure smooth execution of customer orders.
• Maintain accurate and organised records of enquiries, quotations, orders, customer communication, and commercial documentation.
• Ensure timely progression and closure of open enquiries, quotations, orders, payments, and deliveries.
