Role Description The Sales Associate is a full time, on-site role based in Kochi. This role involves welcoming clients to the studio, understanding their needs, and presenting design services and product options in a clear and engaging manner. The Sales Associate will handle client inquiries, manage follow-ups, and assist in preparing quotations and proposals. Daily responsibilities include maintaining product and material displays, coordinating with the design team on client requirements, and updating basic sales records.



The role also involves supporting marketing initiatives, such as sharing project information for social media and participating in events or client presentations as needed.
Qualifications

• Strong client-facing skills, including clear communication, active listening, and a professional, approachable manner.
• Sales and customer service abilities, such as explaining services, handling objections, and building long-term client relationships.
• Basic familiarity with interior design concepts, materials, and finishes, or a keen interest in design and aesthetics.
• Comfort with using digital tools for email, spreadsheets, and simple CRM or sales tracking systems.
• Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple client interactions and follow-ups.
• Previous experience in retail, showroom, or design-related sales is an advantage.
