Role Description
The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, ensuring consistent application of HR policies, and supporting team members across Basil’s outlets. This full-time, in office role based in Delhi, India includes handling employee onboarding and offboarding, maintaining HR records, and coordinating payroll and benefits administration in collaboration with relevant teams. The role involves addressing employee queries, supporting performance management processes,
and fostering positive employee relations through engagement initiatives. The Human Resources Executive will also assist in recruitment activities, coordinate training and development programs, and help ensure compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
Qualifications
• Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, including experience supporting HR functions in a growing organisation.
• Hands-on experience in HR Operations and Talent Acquisition (blue-collar hiring), with the ability to implement and maintain HR processes and documentation.
• Demonstrated ability to manage Employee Relations, handle employee concerns professionally, and promote a positive workplace culture.
• Knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance relevant to retail, hospitality, or food service environments.
