Role Description The Skill Development Partner role at Bajaj Life is an on-site position based in Daltonganj.
This role is responsible for identifying skill gaps and designing training interventions for sales teams and insurance consultants to improve performance, customer service, and compliance. The Skill Development Partner will conduct regular classroom and field training sessions, facilitate workshops, and provide coaching and feedback to individuals and teams. The role includes collaborating with branch leadership to align capability-building initiatives with business goals, tracking training effectiveness through performance metrics, and refining programs based on outcomes. The Skill Development Partner will also support new hire onboarding, contribute to learning content, and ensure that all development activities adhere to company standards and regulatory requirements.
