? Position: Property Maintenance Engineer
? Experience: 4–8 Years
? Location: Udyog Vihar, Phase 5, Gurugram
? Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
? ITI candidates with robust relevant experience may also be considered
Key Responsibilities:• Manage day-to-day building/property maintenance activities
• Handle electrical, plumbing, pumps, DG sets and other building equipment
• Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance
• Coordinate with external maintenance/AMC vendors
• Monitor electrical panels, equipment and technical systems
• Attend and resolve maintenance complaints/issues
• Maintain maintenance records and reports




• Ensure proper safety and smooth functioning of the facility
Candidate Profile:✔ 4–8 years of relevant experience in building/property/facility maintenance
✔ Strong hands-on technical knowledge
✔ Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
✔ Ability to coordinate with vendors and service providers
✔ Good communication and team-handling skills
