About the RoleWe are looking for a Growth Lead – South to drive user growth across our South Language products.
You will own growth across the funnel — from acquisition and activation to engagement and retention — with a strong focus on paid acquisition, experimentation and scaling regional-language audiences.

What You’ll Do• Own growth across South Language Portfolio.
• Build language-wise and state-wise growth plans.
• Own key metrics across acquisition, activation, engagement and retention.
• Plan, run and optimise campaigns across Meta Ads,



Google Ads and Google App Campaigns.
• Manage audience targeting, campaign structures, budgets and optimisation across different states and languages.
• Track and improve CAC, CPI, conversion rates, retention and ROAS.
• Work with Creative and Content teams to continuously test new ad creatives, hooks, formats and messaging.
• Identify growth opportunities across paid, organic, content, referral and other channels.
• Run experiments across campaigns, onboarding, engagement and retention.
• Analyse user and campaign data to understand what is driving growth.
• Work closely with Product to improve activation and retention.
• Scale successful campaigns and experiments across languages and markets.

What We’re Looking For• 5–8 years of experience in growth, performance marketing, consumer internet, mobile apps or digital products.
• Robust hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, including
