Role Description The Sales Design Consultant is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune City. This role involves meeting prospective clients in the showroom or at project sites, understanding their needs, and presenting suitable interior design solutions, furniture, and furnishings. The consultant will prepare proposals and quotations, explain design concepts, and guide clients through product selection and customization options. Daily responsibilities include managing leads,



conducting follow-ups, closing sales, coordinating with designers and project teams, and ensuring a smooth client experience from first contact to project handover. The role also includes maintaining product knowledge, keeping showroom displays up to date, and contributing to sales targets and overall business growth.

Qualifications
• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to build trust, understand client needs, and provide courteous, solution-oriented support.
• Proven sales skills, including lead management, negotiation, closing deals, and working towards individual and team targets.
• Knowledge of interior design principles and trends, with the ability to interpret design concepts and translate them into practical solutions for clients.
• Familiarity with furniture and furnishings, including materials, finishes, layout planning, and product pairing to create cohesive space
