Role Description The General Manager (Canada, Australia & Germany) is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru, responsible for overseeing and expanding immigration and visa consulting operations focused on these destination countries. This role involves managing day-to-day branch activities, supervising teams, and ensuring service delivery that meets regulatory standards and company quality benchmarks. The General Manager will develop and implement business strategies, monitor performance metrics,



and drive growth through client acquisition, partnerships, and process optimization. The role includes coordinating with immigration experts, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant immigration policies, and resolving complex client cases. The General Manager will also handle budgeting, reporting, staff training, and stakeholder communication to support sustainable operations.
Qualifications
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience supervising cross-functional teams and driving performance.
• Expertise in business operations, strategic planning, and process improvement, preferably in immigration, consulting, or professional services.
