Full Stack (Java + React) Manager
Location: Bangalore-Hybrid

Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop scalable, highly available web applications using Core Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Spring MVC/WebFlux.
• Develop responsive and reusable React UI components and collaborate with UX, product, and engineering teams.
• Build and maintain Microservices and event-driven applications using Kafka/SQS/Pub-Sub.
• Work with Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD, Git, DevOps, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
• Drive application security, vulnerability remediation, shift-left security, and secure development practices.
• Handle complex technical issues, production support, testing, and performance optimization.
• Follow coding standards, design patterns, and best practices while contributing to team growth.

Must-Have Skills
• 8+ years in Java application development.
• Strong Core Java, Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring WebFlux, Hibernate/Spring Data JPA.




• Solid hands-on React, JavaScript ES6+, HTML5, CSS3.
• Microservices, REST APIs, Kafka, SQS/Pub-Sub.
• Docker/Kubernetes and distributed systems.
• Git/GitHub/GitLab/Azure Repos, CI/CD, Azure DevOps.
• JUnit, Mockito and application testing.
• AWS/Azure and cloud security concepts.
• Experience with SonarQube, CodeQL, JFrog Artifactory/XRay, Fortify.
• Database experience with DB2/PostgreSQL.
• Knowledge of application security, vulnerability remediation, performance optimization, and high-availability architecture.
• Exposure to AI/GenAI tools such as Microsoft Copilot.

Good to Have
• SAFe experience.
• React Hooks, state management, responsive design.
• Risk Acceptance / Security Configuration Baseline.
• Experience with enterprise-scale architecture and cloud security.
