Candidates must currently reside in Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula, Zirakpur, or nearby areas and must be able to commute to the Chandigarh office.
Candidates residing in distant cities/states and requiring relocation to Chandigarh are not eligible for this position.

About the Role

eClerx Services Limited is hiring Customer Support Agents / Voice Analysts for its US Voice Process in Chandigarh.
The role involves handling inbound calls from US customers, understanding their requirements, resolving customer queries, providing accurate information and solutions, and identifying relevant opportunities for sales and upselling.
The ideal candidate should possess strong English communication skills, a customer-focused approach, excellent listening and problem-solving abilities, and the flexibility to work in rotational US shifts.
