Role Description The Business Development Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. This role focuses on identifying and qualifying leads,



nurturing relationships with property owners and partners, and supporting the expansion of JadeCaps’ portfolio across key markets. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing and delivering compelling presentations, maintaining accurate sales and pipeline reports, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of recent partners. The Business Development Associate will also assist in negotiating commercial terms, gathering feedback from stakeholders, and contributing to strategies that drive revenue growth and brand visibility.
