Role Description The Licensed Insurance Agent role at ICICI Life Insurance Limited is a part-time, remote position focused on helping customers select suitable life insurance solutions. In this role, the agent engages with prospective and existing clients, explains policy features and benefits,



and recommends plans aligned with individual financial goals and life stages. Daily activities include generating leads, conducting needs-based assessments, preparing quotations, and assisting with policy applications and documentation. The agent also provides ongoing customer service by responding to inquiries, supporting claims-related guidance, and maintaining accurate records in line with company processes. Collaboration with internal teams for training, product updates, and compliance requirements is an important aspect of the role.
