Role Description The US HR Onboarding Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for managing end-to-end onboarding for candidates placed with U.S. clients. This role includes coordinating pre-boarding documentation,



ensuring compliance with E-Verify and client-specific requirements, and preparing offer letters, employment agreements, and onboarding packets. The specialist will guide new hires through HR policies and benefits, schedule orientation sessions, and act as a central point of contact for onboarding-related questions. Daily responsibilities also involve maintaining accurate HR records, updating HR systems, collaborating with recruitment and account management teams, and supporting continuous improvement of onboarding processes and employee experience.
Qualifications
