Role Description The Chef Instructor role is a full-time, in office position based in Coimbatore. The Chef Instructor will plan and deliver culinary classes, demonstrations and practical lab sessions aligned with the institution’s curriculum and learning outcomes. Responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, teaching cooking techniques, food safety and kitchen management, and assessing learners through assignments, exams, and practical evaluations.
Qualifications
• Professional culinary training and strong skills in food preparation,



menu planning and kitchen operations.
• Experience teaching, training, or mentoring in a culinary or hospitality setting, with the ability to explain techniques clearly.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards and proper use and maintenance of kitchen equipment.
• Strong communication, classroom management and interpersonal skills to engage diverse groups of learners.
• Relevant academic qualifications in Culinary Arts, Hotel Management, or a related field; professional certifications are an advantage.
• Experience working in commercial kitchens, hotels, restaurants, or catering services is highly beneficial.
