Role Description: The L1 Desktop Support Engineer – Apple Environment role is a full time, on-site position based in the Mumbai client location. The role involves providing first-level technical support for macOS-based desktop and laptop systems, including installation, configuration, and basic maintenance.



Responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, supporting printers and peripheral devices, and handling user requests through tickets or service desk channels. The engineer will escalate complex issues to higher-level support, maintain accurate records of incidents and resolutions, and adhere to established SLAs and support processes. Collaboration with other IT team members and clear communication with end users are key aspects of the day-to-day work.
