We are looking for a driven, application-focused Technical Sales Engineer based in Chennai to lead consultative customer engagements, drive product trials, and expand our footprint across key R&D; and manufacturing hubs.
• Key Responsibilities

Application-Driven Technical Sales: Identify and develop business opportunities across target industries (aerospace, battery/energy storage, electronics, medical devices, and advanced composites).
• Technical Demonstrations & Client Trials: Coordinate product trials, live equipment demonstrations, and material evaluations with R&D; teams, process engineers, and plant managers.
• Relationship & Account Management: Build long-term partnerships with engineering heads, procurement teams,



and academic or government research institutions.
• Pipeline & Market Development: Drive the sales lifecycle from lead prospecting and requirement mapping to commercial proposals and closing.
• Customer Feedback & Industry Trends: Track market shifts, application challenges, and emerging technical needs to expand portfolio adoption.

What We Are Looking For:
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Polymer Technology, or a related discipline.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven track record in B2B technical sales, business development, or application engineering within specialty chemicals, industrial mixing/process equipment, or advanced materials.
• Core Competencies:

Demonstrated ability to understand formulation and processing challenges and translate them into technical solutions.
Confident presentation skills for client discussions, live equipment demo
