? We're Hiring: Influencer Marketing Executive (D2C Brands)

Early in your career? That's fine. Internships count, as long as you have hands-on experience running influencer campaigns for a brand.
This role is NOT for freshers with zero hands-on experience, content creators looking for a job, or people with only PR / event experience.

Acetech E-commerce Ltd is an NSE-listed e-commerce company (est. 2014) building a house of D2C brands across cosmetics, supplements, women's wellness and men's wellness, with warehouses in Bhiwandi, Bangalore and Delhi.
? The Role
You will run day-to-day influencer execution for multiple D2C brands: creator outreach, deal follow-ups, product dispatch, content timelines and tracking. You will work directly with our Influencer Marketing Manager, learn how campaigns are planned and scaled, and grow into bigger responsibilities.
? Categories You'll Work On
Cosmetics, supplements,



women's wellness and men's wellness, including intimate wellness. You must be comfortable pitching these categories to creators professionally and without hesitation.
? What You'll Do
• Find and shortlist relevant influencers and UGC creators on Instagram and YouTube
• Check engagement rate, audience fit and fake followers before outreach
• Do daily outreach on Instagram DM, WhatsApp and email
• Negotiate and close barter and small paid deals, and hand bigger deals to the Manager
• Coordinate product dispatch and confirm delivery with every creator
• Follow up on video timelines, drafts and updates from creators and creator agencies
• Share feedback and coordinate revisions until content matches the brief
• Make sure content goes live on time with correct tags, links and codes
• Keep the live tracker updated: outreach → deal → dispatch → delivered → draft → live
