Role Description
This is a full-time, in office Product Analyst role based in Gurugram. The role is suitable for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are interested in building a career in product management.
The Product Analyst will work closely with Product Managers and cross-functional teams across engineering, design, business, operations, and external partners. The role will involve supporting requirement gathering, product analysis,



documentation, data analysis, feature tracking, and product execution across Solfin’s technology and financing platforms.
The individual will help translate business and user requirements into structured product inputs, analyse product and process performance, identify gaps and improvement opportunities, and support the execution of new features and enhancements. The role will also involve coordinating with stakeholders, preparing product documentation, tracking timelines, and supporting product launches.
This role offers a structured path towards an Associate Product Manager position based on performance, ownership, problem-solving ability, and demonstrated product thinking.
Qualifications
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in product, business analysis, consulting, technology, operations, fintech, or a related role.
