Role Description This is a full-time, in office Customer Care Support – US role based in Bengaluru South. The role involves handling inbound and outbound customer interactions from US-based parents and learners via phone, email, and chat,



ensuring timely and accurate responses. Responsibilities include resolving inquiries and issues related to classes, scheduling, payments, and platform usage, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The Customer Care Support professional will document cases, follow established processes, escalate complex concerns when needed, and provide feedback to improve service quality and operational efficiency. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams, adhering to performance metrics, and working in alignment with US time zones where required.
