Role Description The Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Vijayawada. This position is responsible for managing relationships with patients, corporate clients, and partner organizations, ensuring accurate and timely handling of billing, accounts, and service-related queries. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with clinical and administrative teams, monitoring account status, resolving issues, preparing reports,



and maintaining documentation for financial and service agreements. The Account Manager will track payment cycles, follow up on outstanding balances, support contract renewals, and identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction. The role also involves maintaining compliance with hospital policies and relevant regulations, and contributing to process improvements across the accounts function.
