About the Role We are looking for a motivated and technically curious IT Support Executive to join our team. This role is suitable for freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience who are interested in IT support, hardware troubleshooting, workplace technology, and system administration.

The candidate will provide day-to-day technical support to employees, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, assist with system setup and employee onboarding, and help ensure the smooth functioning of IT systems and devices.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and connectivity-related issues.
• Troubleshoot laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, and other IT peripherals.
• Support Windows and macOS systems.
• Install, configure, update, and troubleshoot operating systems and software.
• Assist employees with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Admin Center.
• Set up laptops, user accounts, software, and access for new employees.
• Perform basic hardware troubleshooting and identify hardware-related issues.
• Assist with RAM upgrades,



replacements, and basic laptop/desktop maintenance.
• Troubleshoot basic Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN, IP, and internet connectivity issues.
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets, devices, accessories, and software.
• Support employee IT onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Track and resolve IT support requests and escalate complex issues when required.
• Maintain proper documentation and follow company IT security policies.

Required Skills

• Positive understanding of Windows and macOS.
• Basic knowledge of Google Workspace / G-Suite.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Admin Center.
• Understanding of computer hardware and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of laptop/desktop components such as RAM, SSD/HDD, and motherboard.
• Basic understanding of RAM installation and upgrades.
• Basic networking knowledge including Wi-Fi, LAN, IP address, DNS, and VPN.
