Role Description The Assistant Manager Maintenance is a full-time, on-site role located in Kanchipuram. This position is responsible for overseeing daily maintenance activities for production equipment and facilities, ensuring smooth and secure operations. Key tasks include planning and executing preventive maintenance schedules, supervising maintenance technicians, coordinating repair work, and minimizing equipment downtime. The role involves monitoring equipment performance, maintaining maintenance records,



collaborating with production and engineering teams, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The Assistant Manager Maintenance will also support continuous improvement initiatives, recommend upgrades or modifications, and assist in budgeting and procurement for maintenance-related materials and services.
Qualifications

• Strong maintenance management capabilities, including Maintenance Management and Supervisory Skills.
• Hands-on technical expertise in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair.
• monitor Preventive Maintenance programs.
• Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments, preferably with mechanical or electrical equipment.
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Knowledge of safety standards, compliance requirements, and best practices in plant maintenance.
• Proficiency in using maintenance management software and basic MS Office tools.
