About the Role
We are looking for Research Coordinator Interns who will oversee and coordinate a team of 20–25 research interns working on campaign-based storytelling projects. The role involves managing research workflows, tracking participant outreach, maintaining data accuracy, verifying stories, and ensuring smooth coordination between the research team and campaign stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify, connect, and build relationships with colleges, universities, and student communities to recruit and onboard a team of 20–25 research interns for campaign-based projects.
• Coordinate and monitor the daily activities of 20–25 interns.
• Track outreach progress and ensure research targets are achieved on time.
• Review collected information and assist in verifying participant stories.
• Maintain organized databases, trackers, and research documentation.
• Follow up with researchers and participants to gather missing information.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across all records.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports for the leadership team.




• Identify and escalate discrepancies, unverifiable information, or research challenges.
• Collaborate with campaign, content, and operations teams to support project requirements.
• Help maintain quality standards throughout the research process.
• Ad hoc tasks

Requirements
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Psychology, or a related field.
• Robust communication and coordination skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and online research tools.
• Attention to detail and ability to verify information accurately.
• Comfortable interacting with diverse individuals and handling large volumes of data.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
• Must have their own laptop
