Job Profile

• We are looking for a customer-focused, polite and energetic Customer Support Executive to become the first point of contact between MOVIDA and its customers.

• The candidate will handle customer queries across phone, WhatsApp, email, Instagram and other customer communication channels, while ensuring smooth handling of orders, deliveries, exchanges, returns and complaints.





• The ideal candidate should have a pleasant personality, good communication skills, patience and a robust sense of ownership.

Key Responsibilities :-

• Customer Communication : Handle customer queries through, Phone calls, WhatsApp, Email, Instagram/DMs and Website Chat.

• Customer Complaint Handling : Handle complaints professionally regarding Damaged products, Wrong product received, Wrong size, Delivery delays, Missing products, Packaging issues, Payment issues.

• The approach should be Listen → Understand → Solve → Follow up → Close

• Social Media Customer Interaction: Monitor customer questions/comments on Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp. Respond professionally and quickly. Where appropriate, convert social media enquiries into website visits and orders.

• Customer Feedback : Maintain records of recurring customer feedback regarding: Size/fit, Comfort, Design, Quality, Pricing, Delivery, Packaging etc.
