About the Role

We are looking for a Google Ads / PPC Executive with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Google Ads, keyword research, campaign optimization, conversion tracking, bidding strategies, and performance analysis. The candidate will be responsible for managing campaigns, monitoring performance, and ensuring that advertising budgets are utilized effectively to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities

* Plan, create, manage, and optimize Google Ads/PPC campaigns.
* Conduct keyword research, search-term analysis, and competitor research.
* Create and optimize Search, Display, and Performance Max campaigns.
* Monitor key performance metrics including CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, conversion rate, and ROAS.
* Manage campaign budgets and implement appropriate bidding strategies.
* Perform A/B testing of ad copies, creatives,



and landing pages.
* Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and reduce acquisition costs.
* Set up and monitor conversion tracking and ensure accurate campaign data.
* Analyze campaign performance and identify trends, issues, and growth opportunities.
* Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
* Work with the SEO, content, design, and development teams when required.
* Stay updated with the latest Google Ads features, trends, and industry best practices.
Required Skills

* 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads/PPC.
* Strong understanding of Google Search Ads, Display Ads, and Performance Max.
* Valuable knowledge of keyword research and campaign structure.
* Understanding of CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, Quality Score, and conversion rate.
* Experience with campaign budgeting and bidding strategies.
* Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manag
