Role Description The Senior Financial Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore. This role is responsible for overseeing financial planning and budgeting, monitoring cash flows, and supporting long-term financial strategy for FACE Prep. On a day-to-day basis, the Senior Financial Specialist will analyze financial data, prepare and review financial reports, track key performance indicators, and provide insights to leadership for decision-making.



The role involves coordinating with internal teams to manage cost structures, ensure compliance with financial policies, and support audits and regulatory requirements. The Senior Financial Specialist will also contribute to process improvements, implement best practices in finance, and support strategic initiatives related to growth and scalability.
