What you'll do: Marketing Automation Associate in the Enterprise will…
• Own email marketing campaigns end to end in Marketo — briefing, program and asset build, list segmentation, QA, deployment, and post-send analysis.
• Build and manage multi-touch nurture campaigns,
including engagement programs, streams, content cadence, and exit criteria.
• Design, execute, and troubleshoot smart campaigns, triggers, flows, and automated workflows in Marketo.
• Run A/B tests automated marketing initiatives and maintain lead scoring models to identify high-quality leads.
• Build and maintain campaign and program reporting — email performance, nurture engagement, and funnel metrics — and share data-driven recommendations for optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, creative) to align marketing strategies.
• Work end to end within the CRM (primarily Microsoft Dynamics) day-to-day administration of leads, contacts, accounts, campaigns, and activity records.
• Manage the lead and contact lifecycle in CRM — creation, assignment, routing, status updates, and hand-off to sales.
