Role Description

The Business Development Manager – K-12 School Partnerships & Travel is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role involves identifying and developing recent school partnerships, nurturing existing relationships,



and presenting experiential learning and travel solutions to school leadership teams. The manager will plan and conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with schools; coordinate closely with internal teams to design tailored travel programs; and follow up on leads to convert opportunities into long-term partnerships. Daily activities include building and managing a sales pipeline, achieving revenue and partnership targets, monitoring market trends in K-12 education and student travel, and providing regular reports and forecasts to senior management. The role also involves representing the company at events, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, and collaborating on marketing and outreach initiatives.
