Role Overview
We're looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Manager who is solid in Google Ads and comfortable with both Shopify-based e-commerce and lead generation accounts. You will own paid campaigns end to end, from strategy and tracking setup to optimization and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Google Ads (primary focus)
• Plan, launch, and optimize Search, Performance Max, Shopping, Display, YouTube, and Demand Gen campaigns
• Manage Google Merchant Center and product feeds, including feed optimization, disapproval fixes, and product-level bidding
• Own bid strategies (ROAS, CPA, Maximize Conversions/Value),



budget pacing, and search-term and negative keyword management
• Build keyword structures, ad copy, extensions, and audience signals that improve Quality Score and conversion rates

Shopify & E-commerce Growth
• Drive revenue and ROAS for Shopify stores through Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Analyze Shopify data (AOV, conversion rate, repeat purchase rate, product and collection performance, cart abandonment) to inform ad strategy
• Set up and audit the Shopify tracking stack: GA4 e-commerce events, GTM data layer, Google Ads conversions, Meta Pixel and Conversions API
• Run catalog, DPA, and remarketing campaigns, and recommend product, offer, and landing page improvements based on data

Lead Generation
• Run lead-gen campaigns for B2B and B2C clients across Google Search, Meta Lead Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
• Optimize toward CPL, lead quality, and cost per qualified lead, not just lead volume
