About the Role:
We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive who will be responsible for driving bookings and revenue through inbound and outbound sales, lead generation, client engagement and effective follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls and generate business leads
• Identify, qualify and nurture prospective customers
• Convert leads into bookings and achieve assigned sales targets
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients




• Manage follow-ups and maintain an updated sales pipeline
• Maintain accurate records and CRM data
• Coordinate with Operations and Marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Track sales performance and provide regular updates

What We’re Looking For:
• 6 months –2 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, Hospitality, Travel or a related field
• Robust verbal and written communication skills
• Target-oriented and proactive approach
• Good negotiation, follow-up and customer-handling skills
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and sales reporting
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality or a related field is preferred
