Role Description The HR Recruiter role is a full-time, in office position based in Coimbatore. This role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, scheduling and coordinating interviews, and supporting hiring managers in selection decisions. The HR Recruiter will maintain talent pipelines,



update and manage candidate records, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. The role also includes collaborating with internal teams to understand staffing needs, assisting with employer branding initiatives, and preparing recruitment reports and metrics. The HR Recruiter will uphold company policies, support diversity and inclusion efforts, and contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment strategies.
Qualifications
• Experience in talent acquisition and end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with candidates and collaborating with hiring managers.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), job portals, and professional networking platforms.
