We are a rapidly growing, premium kids-wear brand looking for highly motivated, results-driven Area Sales Executives to expand our B2B distribution footprint across India. We have 4 open positions, with one dedicated executive based in each of the following strategic regions: Ahmedabad, Delhi, Guwahati, and Mumbai.
The ideal candidates must bring proven experience in managing dealer, distributor, and wholesale networks exclusively within the kids-wear and children's apparel sector.
Position Overview
• Job Title: Area Sales Executive (ASE) – Kids-wear B2B Distribution
• Experience: 2 to 3 years of mandatory field sales experience in kidswear/children's apparel distribution networks. Candidates without specific apparel/kidswear background will not be considered.
• Vacancies: 4 (1 per location)
• Locations: Ahmedabad, Delhi, Guwahati, Mumbai
• Familiarity: Deep existing network or thorough knowledge of the local wholesale kids wear markets (e.g., Gandhi Nagar in Delhi, Kalbadevi/Crawford Market in Mumbai, etc.)
• Commercial Acumen:
Robust understanding of standard garment trade structures, including distributor margins, cash discounts, credit cycles, and volume schemes.
• Communication: Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills. Fluency in Hindi/English along with the local regional language of the assigned territory
Responsibilities
• Network Expansion: Identify, pitch to, and onboard premium kidswear distributors, wholesalers, and specialized multi-brand outlets (MBOs) to increase market penetration
• Seasonal Booking & Order Generation: Drive order booking cycles for seasonal launches (Festive, Spring/Summer, Autumn/Winter) by presenting new kidswear lookbooks, catalogs, and fabric samples to B2B buyers
• Target Achievement: Secure consistent monthly and quarterly primary booking targets (sales to distributors) and ensure the secondary liquidation of kidswear stock from distributors to retailers
• Payment Recovery & Collections: Actively manage ledge
