We are a growing food manufacturing and dessert brand building products across Kunafa, desserts, HORECA and catering, with plans to expand nationally. As we scale, we are looking for a hands-on HR skilled who can help us build the team and manage our growing workforce.

What you'll handle• Hiring for managerial, admin, production, sales and ground-level roles
• Candidate sourcing through LinkedIn, Naukri, Apna, WorkIndia, references & Manpower Agencies
• Exploring References, Recommendations and Suggestions as a Hiring Media
• Screening, interviews, joining & onboarding
• Attendance, payroll inputs and staff records
• Staff deployment, travel/logistics and routine planning
• Employee orientation and training coordination





Who we're looking for• 3+ years of practical recruitment/HR experience
• Must have experience hiring both managerial & blue-collar/production staff
• Knows multiple hiring channels and can source candidates independently
• Strong communication, follow-up and coordination skills
• Hands-on, organised and comfortable in a startup environment
• Lucknow resident | Immediate joiner preferred

? What we offer₹20,000–₹30,000/month + performance incentives, depending on experience and capability.
